Staff are provided based on emerging clients’
vacancies/needs that sometimes surpass engineers to include the rest of the
working team, such as architects, topographers, Quantity Surveyors, accountants,
and HR personnel.
Candidates may submit their cvs by e-mail or download
them for free on our website. They can fill an online application that saves
info. related to their profile, free-of-charge as well. No fees of any sort is
charged on the applicants. Preliminary technical interviews are held at our
offices by the clients themselves to further assess the candidates
qualifications with the assistance of Pro-Recruit advisor, who is a civil
engineer by profession.
They are free to submit their cvs either online,
face-to-face, or by e-mail. Cvs of qualified candidates are screened at a first
glance to assess their comprehensiveness, coherence, English wording, and
whether they include all the necessary and basic info. required by our clients.
Such info. includes age, years of experience, latest post assumed, duties and
tasks assigned, University graduated from and date of graduation, etc… in
addition to the technical qualifications of candidates.
CVs of qualified
candidates are then proposed to our clients for their primary assessment and
feedback. In some cases where this is applicable, candidates are also required
to fill out an application form specific to the Co. in question that is usually
sent to the clients’ review along with the candidates’ cvs.
Short listed
candidates are called for a preliminary technical interview that is conducted by
our advisor, who is an engineer by profession, followed by a second interview by
the the clients themselves. Our offices are left at the disposal of our clients
in case they wish to conduct their face-to-face interviews.
With many
more candidates applying for each vacancy, the challenge facing many agencies
today is simply how to manage the huge volume of CVs without getting swamped by
applicants all chasing the same post.
We don't need to over-complicate
the recruitment business. There should only be two sides to it: employers
seeking candidates and candidates looking for roles in businesses.
Our
objective is to make it much easier to put both sides of the recruitment
equation in touch with each other, no matter what the business, no matter what
skills the person.
The job seeker should be looking to consult a market
research recruitment agency who have experience of working with a wide range of
people. This will help to ensure that they meet your expectations, as well as
ensuring that you are placed in a position which is ideal and will allow you to
progress in the industry as far you intend to.
The agency will do all
they can to match your skill levels and place you in a company where you really
can make a real difference and further your career to the next level. Why
continue to waste your time and energy seeking out roles when you can rely on
someone else to do all of the work for you? By letting someone else do all of
the job hunting for you then you can relax and concentrate on focusing all of
your energy into the interview process once the agency finds your dream
role.
The big news is that recruitment sites are identified as an
effective way to find and hire employees. Especially among large companies,
recruiters are increasing their spending. This should mean real growth for the
online job segment - most likely at the expense of newspapers.
Nobody
knows the employment market-place better than a professional recruiter . .
nobody! In-house human resources, no matter how effective, view the marketplace
through an imperfect or misrepresentative prism and tunnel vision is their
occupational hazard.
This specialization in staffing allows them to offer
more jobs for their specific demographic which in turn attracts more specialized
candidates from that specific demographic over time building large proprietary
databases. These niche firms tend to be more focused on building ongoing
relationships with their candidates as is very common the same candidates are
placed many times throughout their careers.
Often the recruitment
agencies will want to meet you so they can see how you carry yourself as well as
how you dress. After meeting you they will have a full understanding of you and
will try to convince the recruiter that you are fit for the role if they are
convinced you can fulfil the company needs.
The final thing they do is
try to secure you an interview as they have now fully prepared you. In doing so
they make sure that you're comfortable with everything about the role and offer
you to ask any questions.
